Idol Thoughts: Top 10 Women...Carly is the Standard, Brooke Channels Carly and I Hope Asia'h Isn't Forgettable...

Carly was very impressive last night, as was Brooke...after those two it kind of fell off a little. I did enjoy Sayesha's performance even if the judges didn't so much. 70's week was a lot more enjoyable for me to watch and listen to compared to last weeks show.
Their out of the gate now and I look forward to no more nerves for this season, until we get to the Top 10. It's all about song choice and the montages...I talk more about them and my thoughts on who's headed home this week in the podcast.

Idol Thoughts: Top 10 Guys....70s Grooves and Even Some Moves...

I was thoroughly impressed with the guys last night. Some of them stepped it up big time, for example..David Archuletta was incredible with John Lennon which was the best song for the guys side at this point in the competition possibly ever. David Hernandez stepped out of the shadows last night as well with his walk down the steps attitude and Chikeze fell back to old form and and some attitude of his own. It was nice to see the reason some of these guys made it come through in their performances last night.
As for who didn't perform up to par for the show. I'll leave that to the podcast, which is available right now.
