Idol in Dallas: Day 2

Well, I'm not sure which was better...Philly or Dallas...the southern crowd seemed to be a little more ready vocally from the Philly crowd. There were certainly several to watch for in both rounds of shows this week. The guy with the cape was a bit much....and it's nice we have another "Clay Aiken" in the competition this year.
Nerves seemed to get a lot of people and I question what Randy and Paula saw and heard in a few people who are on their way to Hollywood....although those selections will always work themselves out in the end. Enjoy the upcoming Weekend...Next week Idol is off to San Diego on Tuesday.

Idol in Philly: Day 1

Well, Idol has been to Philly, the city of Brotherly love and found a few gems in an otherwise pile of "What were you thinking!" The evening started out with a bang sending the first person through to Hollywood, and I thought, well, maybe they are going to be nicer this year....and after one night they have been. The one resounding quote from Simon this far is "that's right, she looks like Willem Defoe," of course, in reference to Glitter girl Alexis Cohen.
The podcast, listed to the right, has been updated with the Philly show, and will again with the Dallas show on Thursday.

2008 and Season #7 of Idol....
